COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Cleaning Update

To Merec Cleaning Systems Customers,

The safety of you, our customers, along with our employees and the entire community is vital to us. Like all of you, we are carefully monitoring the information regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We want to assure you we are continuing to operate on a normal schedule and provide all our services to our customers, however we are taking additional precautions to help mitigate the spread of infection and are closely following the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines. We have put the following measures into place to ensure that we continue to provide our services in the safest possible manner.

·Merec employees have been provided reminders on good hygiene practices and wellness efforts such as frequent hand washing, the use of hand sanitizers and avoiding close contact with anyone who has a fever and a cough as well as information on the CDC (Center for Disease Control) guidelines CDC Guidelines

·We have asked employees to maintain personal space and avoid personal interactions such as handshakes

·We have asked employees NOT to come into any Merec office or enter any customer home or business if they do not feel well or if they are demonstrating any symptoms of illness

FOGGING & MIST FOR INFECTED ESTABLISHMENTS

If your establishment or home is subject to COVID-19 Contamination or any other infectious virus, we have the ability to disinfect & sanitize your establishment with Sodium Dichloro-s-Trizinetrione. The following changes will be made to help increase the DISINFECTING/ SANITIZING and cleaning levels at all Merec Residential & Commercial accounts starting on Tuesday 3/17/2020.

·We will only be using OdoBan Disenfectant/ Sanitizer cleaner:

OdoBan is a cleaning solution that disinfects and sanitizes surfaces and eliminates unpleasant odors. When used correctly, OdoBan can be used as a deodorizer, sanitizer, a disinfectant, a mildewstat or a virucidal. It disinfects surfaces against germs such as Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep), Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (Staph); it also disinfects against Trichophyton mentagrophyte (the fungus that causes athlete’s foot). When used as a virucidal it kills HIV-1, Herpes Simplex type 2 and Influenza A/Hong Kong. In addition, Odoban effectively inhibits and controls the growth of mold and mildew. OdoBan will be used to clean ALL aspects of homes and business, with the exeption off glass. We will be using window cleaner to continue cleaning all glass. ·Merec Staff will be using gloves and N95 protective face masks in establishments as needed.
